Our tour started with visits to the local temples and workshops that showed how straw mats and rice paper rolls were made. They were patient and gave us plenty of time to take photos. They were equally knowledgeable and humorous, and were open to all of our questions about life in Vietnam. We felt very safe on the motorbikes as Nhan and Bi were experienced drivers. We did however, spend an extended period of time travelling on the highway at around 70km/hr so if you are hesitant about motorbike riding, this should be considered.…”
